Placing an order on Quanizone is quite easy.
● Choose and click on the product category you’re in search of or simply enter the name of the product in the search bar.
● Once you find your preferred product, click on the article to view all product details then click the “ADD TO WISHLIST” button to add items to your cart.

● Fill in your shipping and payment details then click on “CHECKOUT”. You will instantly receive an order number and delivery details.
NB* It is advantageous to create an account on Quanizone to be able to place orders faster and more conveniently . However, you can still place your orders without necessarily creating an account.

Quanizone is the fastest way to get your online order. If an item is available in-store, you can reserve it on Quanizone’s website platform from the product details page or your cart. Once it’s ready for pickup at any location you choose, we’ll email you and you’ll have 3 days to pick it up.

If you’re in-shop, we can help you place online orders at our checkout counter or in- store kiosk. Just talk to one of our Blue Shirts and we’ll get you sorted.

Delivery commences as soon as you confirm your order. We only deliver available products in stock . However, in cases where a product is out of stock, customers will be alerted on time so as to either cancel an order or given a date for when it will be in stock. In cases of unforeseen incidents or unplanned events that perturbs the delivery of a product, customers will be alerted during the process.

At the moment, special home delivery is effective for customers in the economic capital of Cameroon( Douala) while for other cities such as Yaounde, Southwest, Baffousam, North, Bamenda etc, home delivery is being done by our prestigious logistics partners. This is why we insist on customers providing authentic detailed information for proper delivery.

Prices listed on our official website www.quanizone.com excludes delivery cost. Delivery cost will only be billed to a customer after checking the weight of the product and location to be delivered . If a customer decides to pick up their delivery from our on-site shop, they won’t be charged a delivery fee.

Our prestigious logistic partners are ready and available to deliver at any location . You will be contacted in the process of delivery before dispatching your order. Once you receive your product , please make sure to verify your order in front of them before signing to ensure that your order is in good shape and complete .
